We provide chimney and vent services as described on our pages. Scheduling depends on availability and weather conditions.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices shown are estimates; final quotes depend on on-site conditions. Taxes apply.

We may refuse or postpone work if conditions are unsafe (e.g., roof icing, high winds).
5. Liability
We carry appropriate insurance. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service.

7. Appointments, Cancellations & Access
Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or safety considerations. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the service area (including ladders, roof access, and clear interior pathways).
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting quotes or scheduling. You are responsible for securing pets, moving fragile items, and disclosing any known hazards or previous damage related to your chimney or venting systems.
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in a written service warranty, services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee future performance of third-party appliances or structures not serviced by us. Normal wear, unforeseen structural issues, or code changes may necessitate additional work not included in initial estimates.
10. Privacy & Data
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA where applicable. We use contact details to schedule, invoice, and provide service updates. 11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it informally within 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in British Columbia, Canada, in English, under the rules of an established arbitration body. Each party bears its own costs unless the tribunal decides otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will take effect 14 days after posting on this page. Continued use of our site or services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Definitions
“Services” means chimney, vent, and associated inspection, cleaning, repair, and installation services described on our website. “Client” or “you” refers to any individual or entity using our site or booking services. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to ChimneyCare Canada.
